All projects require a 50% deposit before work begins. The remaining balance is due upon final delivery. Retainer clients are invoiced at the start of each month.

Every project includes two rounds of revisions. Additional revision rounds can be added at $75/hour.

Brand identity packages typically take 2–3 weeks. Website projects run 3–5 weeks. Social media management starts within one week of onboarding. Rush timelines are available for an additional fee.
